Landscape Crew Leader
Full-time Position | 40 hrs/week
Competitive Compensation + Bonuses + PTO
7:30 am – 5:30 PM (most days)

Requirements:
- Prior experience leading landscape or hardscape crews
- Strong knowledge of tools, equipment & installation practices
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop in Cokato, MN
- Able to attain DOT card (we'll help you get it)
- Ability to move up & grow with us
- A plus if you have some mechanical inclination and can work alone if needed to.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & coordinate installation crews
- Interpret & execute job plans accurately
- Ensure job site safety & quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Manage time, materials and crew efficiency on site
- Winter snow removal (required)
Landscape Crew Member

Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscape & hardscape installations
- Operate tools & equipment safely & efficiently
- Load & unload materials for job sites
- Follow job plans and directions from crew leader
- Maintain a clean & organized work area
- Uphold safety & quality standards on every project
Lawn Care Crew Leader

- Operate & oversee mowing (stand-on zero-turn), trimming & blowing off properties

- Train & mentor crew members
- Coordinate daily schedules & equipment needs
- Perform occasional shrub trimming & weed maintenance
- Maintain & ensure cleanliness of equipment
Lawn Care Crew Member

Requirements:
- Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment preferred (training available)
- Must be able to work outdoors in all winter weather conditions
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to/from the shop
- Able to attain DOT card (we'll help you get it)
- Dependable, safety-focused, and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate plow trucks and/or skid steers during snow events
- Perform salting and de-icing services as needed
- Monitor weather conditions and be available for on-call shifts
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment
- Keep equipment fueled, clean, and ready for use
- Work efficiently to ensure timely snow removal for clients
Sidewalk Crew Member

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt products
- Dependable, safety-focused, and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Shovel, snow blow, and clear walkways, entrances, and sidewalks
- Spread salt/ice melt for safe walking conditions
- Work efficiently during snow events, often in cold and overnight conditions
- Assist plow and equipment operators as needed
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Be available for on-call shifts during snowstorms
